Support children and families as a Therapist with Matrix Behavior Solutions in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. This role involves delivering individualized therapy services, developing treatment plans, and collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• Provide therapy in home and community settings
• Coordinate with supervising Behavior Consultants (BCBA)
• Offer support and guidance to parents, teachers, and other professionals
• Document clinical information and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Serve as a role model and deliver positive behavioral interventions

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Licensure as a licensed mental health professional (e.g., LSW, LPC, LCSW, Psychologist) preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license
