Provide essential behavioral health services as a Behavior Technician at the Northampton Matrix Center, focusing on individualized support for children and adolescents during afternoon social skills sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans through face-to-face behavioral interventions
• Model and deliver treatment techniques
• Offer positive reinforcement and guided feedback to families
• Accurately document billing information and treatment progress
• Maintain open communication with clinical teams and supervisors

Qualifications

• Certification as a BCaBA or RBT, or bachelor's degree with RBT training
• Minimum of 2 years behavioral health service experience
• Valid driver’s license and required background clearances
