Behavior Technician

Work as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing direct, face-to-face behavioral interventions based on individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental or behavioral needs. This role offers flexible schedules, full or part-time positions, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in a collaborative, family-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based behavioral interventions directly with clients
• Model treatment interventions and provide reinforcement
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and families
• Complete accurate electronic billing and documentation
• Work across center-based, home, school, or community settings as needed

Qualifications

• Certified as BCaBA, RBT, or bachelor’s holder with completed RBT training
• Minimum two years’ behavioral health experience
• Valid driver's license and clearances (criminal, child abuse, FBI checks)
• Active mandated reporting certificate
