Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and developmental assessments (e.g., FBA, VB MAPP, AFLS)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children and youth
• Supervise direct care staff (e.g., BHT, RBT)
• Analyze session data and adjust programming as needed
• Provide clinical guidance to parents, teachers, and teams
• Ensure compliance with documentation and Medicaid/Medicare programs

Qualifications

• BACB Certification and relevant state licenses required
• Master’s degree in a mental health field and at least 1 year’s experience
• Background checks and relevant clearances required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
