Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and developmental assessments (e.g., FBA, VB MAPP, AFLS)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children and youth
- Supervise direct care staff (e.g., BHT, RBT)
- Analyze session data and adjust programming as needed
- Provide clinical guidance to parents, teachers, and teams
- Ensure compliance with documentation and Medicaid/Medicare programs
Qualifications
- BACB Certification and relevant state licenses required
- Master’s degree in a mental health field and at least 1 year’s experience
- Background checks and relevant clearances required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
