Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Design and implement individualized behavior programs
- Maintain consistent schedules with clients and deliver direct services as needed
- Provide ongoing support to families and the clinical team
- Ensure program implementation according to company standards
- Collaborate with BCBA colleagues and report to the Assistant Clinical Director
Qualifications
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum of two years' experience providing ABA services
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs, physically interact with clients as needed
- Required clearances and certifications: TB, background checks, CPR, First Aid
