Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy treatment plans focused on patient goals
- Assess, establish, and modify functional and measurable goals
- Supervise and evaluate work of OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students
- Maintain accurate and timely charting
- Utilize therapy software efficiently and accurately
- Uphold safety and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- NBCOT certification upon hire
- Graduate from accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT)
- Active state license in good standing
- One year of experience in post-acute care or related setting preferred
- Current CPR certification
Skills and Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to make independent decisions
