ABA Pathways, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid position (60% on-site, 40% remote) in Lansing, Michigan. This role values compassion, adaptability, organizational skills, and a team-centered approach, delivering evidence-based ABA services to individuals and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and design individualized behavior support plans.
- Maintain a consistent schedule with clients and deliver direct ABA services when required.
- Support families, train clinical team members, and uphold company standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with BCBA colleagues and report to the Assistant Clinical Director.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- At least two years’ experience in ABA services.
- Strong leadership, team communication, and physical ability to interact with clients.
