About the job
Lead and oversee clinical operations at an autism treatment clinic as Clinic Director & Lead BCBA. In this senior leadership role, manage and mentor clinicians, ensure high-quality ABA therapy services, and optimize administrative workflows to achieve superior outcomes for clients with autism spectrum disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach clinical staff, including BCBAs, therapists, and interns
- Develop and implement clinic policies, performance standards, and strategic objectives
- Oversee client programming and individualized ABA intervention plans
- Coordinate clinical training and professional development
- Manage clinic staffing, employee performance, and staff recruitment
- Ensure compliance with clinical best practices and ethical guidelines
- Engage in community marketing, networking, and event representation
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or similar certifications with significant ABA experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavioral, human services, or related field
- At least five years’ experience implementing behavior therapy and in clinical leadership
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
