Clinic Manager

This Clinic Manager role requires managing a team of RN Care Managers, Social Workers, and Clinical Support Staff across Austin and San Antonio, Texas. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office meetings and supervision for field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and contracts.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and programs for long-term care management.
• Evaluate staff assignments, caseloads, and daily operations.
• Manage escalated and complex care issues and serve as subject matter expert for staff.
• Provide coaching, onboarding, and ongoing support for clinical team members.
• Review member data to identify trends and facilitate quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Nursing School or relevant Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Texas.
• Leadership experience in clinical or care management settings.
