Deliver therapeutic assessment, crisis intervention, and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups as a licensed or provisionally licensed counselor. This role involves developing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with community partners for holistic behavioral health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnose, and provide effective therapy
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans
• Manage case documentation and progress reports per regulatory standards
• Participate in on-call crisis rotation and handle walk-in emergencies
• Engage in community outreach and collaborate with local agencies
• Maintain licensure, competence in multicultural issues, and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field required
• Licensed or license-eligible as a mental health professional
• Certification in CPR as per institutional policy
