This dynamic role drives program compliance, incident investigation, injury prevention, and continuous improvement in workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze workplace safety, processes, and compliance
• Develop and deliver EHS training and ergonomic risk assessments
• Investigate incidents and facilitate corrective actions
• Oversee hazardous material management and waste disposal
• Maintain facility emergency preparedness and disaster protocols
• Act as a resource on regulatory matters and ensure ongoing compliance
• Lead safety committees and coordinate facility audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Health, Safety, Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years’ experience in EHS program management
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience in regulated environments (medical device, pharma, or chemical industry preferred)
