About the job
Support individuals recovering from substance use disorders by facilitating medical care and wellness. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining proper documentation, assisting with patient monitoring, and supporting the delivery of telehealth and in-person care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and document vital signs and CLIA-waived testing
- Assist with medication management, pharmacy communications, and telehealth support
- Document patient interactions and maintain EHR integrity
- Support nurses and other departments in client care
- Ensure inventory and medical rooms are organized and compliant
Qualifications
- Completion of all necessary competencies and training
- Knowledge of recovery, mental health, and addiction treatment preferred
- Ability to multitask in a healthcare environment
