As a Medical Assistant, you will collaborate with medical staff to provide essential patient care and perform selected clinical and administrative duties in a healthcare setting. This position is vital in ensuring the efficient flow and quality of patient services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, measure, and record patient histories, vital signs, and prepare them for examinations
- Perform CLIA waived lab tests and specimen collections
- Manage patient intake, verifications, and data entry into medical records

- Sterilize instruments and maintain clean work areas
- Administer medications per guidelines
- Coordinate patient care, follow-ups, and communicate test results
- Participate in team-based care delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Diploma or certification as Medical Assistant, or equivalent military healthcare experience
- Externship completion in a medical assistant program
- Current CPR certification required
