About the job

Support clinical and administrative workflows to contribute to high-quality patient care within a collaborative, patient-centered clinic team. The Care Team Specialist (CTS) assists in routine patient care and ensures smooth operations across the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and gather medical histories
• Take vital signs and assist with exams and procedures
• Manage test results according to protocols
• Coordinate ongoing patient care and support Epic/MyChart workflows
• Return patient calls and collaborate closely with nurses and medical providers

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant, LPN, Paramedic, or EMT training from an accredited program
• National certification and/or licensure per relevant discipline
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• One year of relevant clinical or outpatient experience preferred
• Computer proficiency, including EMR systems (Epic)
