About the job
Support clinical and administrative workflows to contribute to high-quality patient care within a collaborative, patient-centered clinic team. The Care Team Specialist (CTS) assists in routine patient care and ensures smooth operations across the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Room patients and gather medical histories
- Take vital signs and assist with exams and procedures
- Manage test results according to protocols
- Coordinate ongoing patient care and support Epic/MyChart workflows
- Return patient calls and collaborate closely with nurses and medical providers
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant, LPN, Paramedic, or EMT training from an accredited program
- National certification and/or licensure per relevant discipline
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- One year of relevant clinical or outpatient experience preferred
- Computer proficiency, including EMR systems (Epic)
