Key Responsibilities

• Implement and modify occupational treatment plans
• Assess patient goals and progress
• Supervise OTAs, rehab aides, and students
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
• Exhibit excellent customer service and patient engagement
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification required upon hire
• Graduation from accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
• Active Colorado OT license in good standing
• CPR certification (upon hire or during orientation)
• Preferred one year of post-acute care experience
