Responsibilities
- Evaluate, establish, and modify speech therapy goals for patients
- Oversee and document therapy plans, ensuring compliance and progress
- Supervise and support SLP Clinical Fellows as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients and care teams
- Maintain clinical records and apply therapy software
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
- State licensure required, maintain in good standing
- CPR certification
- Experience in post-acute care preferred
