This role focuses on providing psychological evaluation, diagnosis, and holistic support to elderly residents in long-term care facilities as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The position emphasizes dignity, functionality, and safety for patients suffering from dementia, Alzheimer's, and other neurocognitive or psychiatric disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnosis of neurocognitive conditions
• Offer cognitive assessments and targeted support or insight-based therapies
• Coordinate care plans with facility staff, primary care providers, and families
• Contribute to facility initiatives for quality and regulatory compliance
• Participate in research and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Active state Psychologist license
• Passion for working with geriatric populations
• Interest in neurobehavioral science
• HSPP preferred where applicable
