Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical social work and case management services to patients

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• LCSW or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts required
• Minimum three years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong computer literacy
• Knowledge of case management practices preferred
