About the job
This role allows you to make a difference for children with autism and other disabilities by delivering behavioral therapy within a public-school setting. As a Behavior Therapist, you'll follow the guidance of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and work closely with other educational and clinical team members to promote positive learning and behavioral outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individual educational and behavioral programs
- Collaborate with special education teams and clinicians
- Support social, behavioral, and academic development of students
- Participate in staff training, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with children with disabilities required
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
