Introduction

Work collaboratively with the Community Manager to oversee operational and financial aspects such as accounting, leasing, and resident relations, ensuring resident satisfaction and robust financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions, including rent collection and vendor invoice management
• Manage property management software (Yardi/OneSite)
• Enforce lease agreements, oversee evictions, and handle move-outs
• Promote retention by resolving resident needs promptly
• Act as on-site property supervisor as needed and interact with property owners

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting processes and property management systems
• Organizational and supervision skills
• Physical ability for property inspections and occasional travel
