Behavior Technician

About the job

Join a dedicated team supporting young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders by providing high-quality ABA services in a clinical setting. This role requires passion for working with children, adherence to clinical protocols, and professional development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy and behavior interventions to children aged 1–8 in clinic and area daycares
• Implement and document treatment plans and session notes
• Collect data and collaborate with clinical supervisors (BCBA)
• Communicate effectively with teams and clients to support child progress

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required within first 30 days
• Associate degree or higher strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience working with young children (ages 1–8)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification upon hire
• Passion for working with children and contributing to a positive team culture

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, typical hours 8:15–4:45 PM (full-time; approximately 37.5 hours/week)
