About the job
Join a dedicated team supporting young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders by providing high-quality ABA services in a clinical setting. This role requires passion for working with children, adherence to clinical protocols, and professional development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy and behavior interventions to children aged 1–8 in clinic and area daycares
- Implement and document treatment plans and session notes
- Collect data and collaborate with clinical supervisors (BCBA)
- Communicate effectively with teams and clients to support child progress
Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required within first 30 days
- Associate degree or higher strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with young children (ages 1–8)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification upon hire
- Passion for working with children and contributing to a positive team culture
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday, typical hours 8:15–4:45 PM (full-time; approximately 37.5 hours/week)
