Join Aspire Living & Learning, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Adult Services, you’ll oversee behavioral plans, conduct assessments, and train support professionals in group and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement individualized Behavior Plans for adults with developmental disabilities.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop intervention strategies.
- Analyze behavioral data and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Deliver training to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
- Prepare assessment reports and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and solid computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
