Key Responsibilities

• Greet and schedule patients, managing a busy reception area and phone system.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Process payments and assist with insurance applications.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage end-of-day reporting.
• Assist with data entry and support other administrative tasks as needed.
• Participate in inventory management and meet departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or medical office/assistant qualification required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
